i found the staff very helpful. they spoke several languages,!). the room had nice furniture and a tv. also, the hotel's location is great, it is close to a grocery store and public transportation stops.
my room looked lovely at first, but the bathroom wasn't great. the jacuzzi tub didn't have a working plug. i couldn't hang the handheld shower head anywhere easily.

The room had a comfortable bed with soft pillows and towels. there was a large shower with instant hot water. Air conditioning cooled the room quickly. the room's design felt modern.

The reception staff offered quick and helpful check-in. they provided all needed information upon arrival. the staff also gave water. This was a kind gesture since i arrived late.

the modern room featured a comfortable bed. the breakfast had a decent selection including hot drinks and fruits. the hotel's location was near local transport, convenient (made getting around easier).

The hotel room was clean and spacious. I appreciated the helpful staff. The hotel also stored my luggage, and this was very useful. They were always kind and happy to help. The team provided good value for the money.
